We play the full drum set right away, at the first lesson. It is not necessary to own a drum set for 3-4 months, in which time students practice at home on couches or beds where pillows represent the different parts of the drum set. I can offer advice when it comes to equipment purchases. I have a method in place for my beginners: a combination of reading, technique and coordination exercises, jamming with favorite songs, and studying their favorite drummers. Read More

I have been a very active performing drummer for the past 20 years. I recorded three albums that were released worldwide with my band Scelerata. I did five Brazilian tours (50+ shows) as Paul DiAnno’s (former Iron Maiden’s lead singer) official drummer, from 2009 to 2014. In the summer of 2017, I recorded Rage In My Eyes’ first album in Los Angeles. In March 2018, I performed with America’s Got Talent winner Bianca Ryan. Read More
