Together we will create a custom approach so that you will love the experience of playing the music you love.  I will share fun and efficient ways to practice so that you get immediate results. In each lesson the student and myself work to make goals for them to accomplish every week and discuss discuss the ways they might be able to go about accomplishing the goals. Sometimes I will make audio recordings of a student to track progress. For a student to sit and really listen to the improvemnets they have made I find to be one of my best teaching tools. I'm a recently graduated student from Longy School of Music of Bard College with a Master Degree in Clarinet Performance. I started my musical career while been a College student in my native country, Cuba. My performing experience has been very varied, from the Cuban Clarinet Quartet Ebanos de La Habana to the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba and the Ballet and Opera Orchestra of Havana. Once in the United States I had the opportunity to attend to the Woodwind International Festival in Pella Iowa and been part of the Longy Conservatory Orchestra and held concerts with chamber groups and clarinet quartets, also playing in gigs around Boston Area with a clarinet and guitar Duet.
