I studied guitar with international performing artist Anna Maria Rosado and composition with American composer Annette Le Siege.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Guitar Performance from New Jersey City University.  I have performed extensively in small venues throughout Vermont, and was a house musician for several seasons at the Yosemite Theater in Yosemite National Park, California. I have taught brand new musicians, who have never opened their instrument case, all the way through high school levels. I believe in starting the young musicians right with a good sound. I use a variety of methods for my teaching style. I usually have a few method books that I bring to a first lesson, and after meeting the student I will decide on the best one. Once the student has progressed and shows some motivation to be slightly challenged, I'll introduce "popular" music so that the student feels a sense of accomplishment!
