With over 15 years of experience playing and performing cello, I have won many competitions in Atlanta, GA and performed as a soloist with Atlanta-based orchestras including the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra, the Georgia Philharmonic, and the Dekalb Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, I have performed with the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra and the NEC Symphony Orchestra as the principal cellist, and I have also been featured in masterclasses with renowned cellists such as Steven Isserlis, Sheku Kanneh-Mason, and Paul Katz. With students who have already started, I will often still refer to the Suzuki materials, but I will pull more from other books and repertoire.
