I work with the student and their needs. I don't want to jump too far ahead or go to slow , so I work with the student and figure out their speed to determine where we go each and every lesson. I believe in being honest with how you are feeling in that moment and encourage my students to utile those emotions for singing. For voice students, depending on age and musical genre, I will work with the student on healthy singing by good breath control, releasing any tension and learning how to articulate words without interfering with vocal production.
