Tara is a Music Teacher/Vocal Coach in the Connecticut area. In 1992 Tara was accepted into the Berklee College of Music where she received her Bachelor’s in Music Education. While studying at Berklee Tara learned to coach students in vocal techniques, stage presence, ear training etc.
Tara has had the opportunity to tour Europe with the Glory Gospel Singers, She has also performed in several off Broadway Productions in the New York City area and currently performs as a background vocalist for Connecticut and New York City Artists. Currently, Tara is a Music Teacher in the New Haven Public School system and is the assistant director of the children’s choir at the First Baptist Church in Milford CT.
Methods are tailored to the individual student.
Her Passion is to teach the world to sing, while building her student’s self esteem.
