I have been playing the keyboard since the age of 5. I have been teaching since I was 21 years old and completed my first college degree. Music is my life. I have been the Organist and Choir director of two churches and I have been fortunate to sing and work under the direction of Leonard Bernstein, Eugene Ormandy, and many other great conductors. In a short time, I realized how deeply I loved working one on one with students, which led me to pursue performance full time and teach in my private studio. My public performances began in nursing homes, local festivals and recitals. I also began studying with the famous composer, arranger, Russell Faith at Newtown School of Music. I took his advice to work under the Jarred Talent agency of N.Y. as did a fellow student, Andrea McArdle, who played the lead role in the Broadway musical Annie. My teaching experience all started 2 and a half years ago when I first began teaching voice and piano in my home studio, working primarily with younger students. After some time teaching at home, I began to work at music studios and had the experience to teach students of all ages and see them progress and develop their technique.
