I first started teaching as a teenager, helping out in a religious classroom on the weekends during the year, and as a summer camp counselor in the summer. I have taught many creative subjects, including music, poetry, and song writing. I have always loved teaching, learning is one of the greatest ways two minds can connect - of any age! With a beginner guitarist or bassist I want to both keep them excited about learning and teach the the fundamental necessary structure required to develop into a one of a kind musician. I use finger training and strengthening techniques to get the students physical ability in tip top shape, along with innovative chord ideas and mental understanding techniques.
