jackdylan is a multi-versed vocalist, songwriter, producer, instrumentalist, and composer from Bridgewater, NJ. He has built his following through social media and intimate collaborations with friends, online and in person. This unknown sensation has the range of a modern day Beck to the experimental qualities of Bach & Radiohead. Citing Kid Cudi and Weezer as early influences, jackdylan embraces his future as a renaissance musician in the digital age of over-saturation.

EXPERIENCE
I am a self-driven published musician (see Spotify- jackdylan) and instructor from Bridgewater, NJ. Honorably, I attend school pursuing a Fine Arts degree in Classical Music (Cello); I began the Cello in Bridgewater's public school system. I have had the incredible opportunity to teach students of various skill levels and genre case-studies! I am available as your Musika instructor for creative, passionate students. I also teach 1-on-1 sound engineering (music production/sound design); with 8 years of experience in Logic Pro X and professional credits, it is my pleasure to assist determined & aspiring Music PRODUCERS as well :) My musical background consists of a range of: Radiohead, Beck, Bach, Green Day, Kanye West, and more!
METHODS USED
Whether young or old, I am able to accommodate you with your preference of musical facilities. I cannot stress enough the importance on LOVING what you do and LOVING why you do it- Therefore, I generally communicate between lessons with students to be notified of their progress & educational desires. Through the deep practice I've undergone in Guitar Theory, Ear Training, Improvising, and Articulation (musically)- I strive to provide a balanced and engaging lesson in your string instruments of choice (PSA: I am able to teach Guitar, Cello, Ukulele, Electric Bass, and Music Production).
LESSON STYLE
Yearning a deep and fulfilled interest in classical music has enabled me to uniquely interpret classical music on a complex analytical music level & compositionally dissecting music. I am patient and active with each of my students. I allow the student their own preference as to how lessons are to be arranged (e.g YOU pick the music = YOU decide your pace)...I encourage my students to practice and come prepared with material they either have ambition to learn and all the other little steps involved in being diligent with an instrument. If lessons are to be arranged in person or at my home studio, the student must email me in advance confirming what lesson material they would like to learn. This is my encouraging incentive for string players of all ages to commit to their passion.
