My piano students generally start with Faber Piano Adventures. I assign them solo repertoire as they progress through each level in preparation for a recital performance. For the more advanced students, I introduce the fundamentals of playing jazz piano as well. I have my voice students sing through repertoire in the styles of their choice in order to have a better understanding of how their unique voice functions. After college and marrying, I spent several years in Greece raising my daughters. There, I launched a career in teaching English. My students ranged in age from 3 years old to 65. My musical backround made the lessons fun. I helped organize concerts, musicals and performed with bands. I also welled with pride in watching my daughters participate in these events. . While studying at University I started my band with my sister, Verdigrls. We have gone on to put out an EP, play all over the NY metropolitan area as well as have our music featured in movies and television.
