I won a scholarship to attend Cornell University (1973) where I was admitted to the music department where I studied keyboards, operatic voice, music theory, arranging, orchestral scoring and conducting. While receiving Classical training at the university, I also lead a 12-piece band ... performing jazz and rb around upstate New York and surrounding areas. I love singing and I love teaching. I've taught voice off and on since 2002. My studio has included students from EVERY age bracket, ages 6- 70 and I've truly enjoyed each! When not teaching singing, I've taught elementary music preK-8, directed junior high choir and musicals, taught kindergarten and tutored students K through college. Since then, I have continued to teach freelance through personal connections, Musika, and various non-profit organizations.
