For voice I create my own custon lesson plans and use a variety of materials. Students will work on a great variety of repetorie from pop to renaissance. Students are encourgaed to learn to read music, with a great emphasis placed upon practical music theory. I aim to develop intellegent musical artists, foscuing upon intrepretation, critical thinking, historical considerations and creativity. Whilestill an undergraduate at Indiana University, I taught private voice lessons to instrumental students in the School of Music, and I continued teaching while pursuing my Master's degree. After completing my graduate degree in 2008, I started my own private teaching studio and joined the faculty of well accredited music teaching companies.
