Im a energetic and passionate voice teacher with over 20 years of experience. Ive been taking lessons, going to competitions, and studying classical, musical theatre, pop, and rb since I was very young. Im currently finishing my Bachelors of Science in Music Production at Full Sail. Ive took professional lessons in Brooklyn, NY as well as many performances all over. My favorite part about teaching music is the look on a student's face when something finally clicks. The most important part of my music classes is that my students are having fun as they're learning. I want them to feel safe and comfortable, especially in making mistakes. Mistakes are a big part of the learning process, especially when you're working with something as tricky as your voice. I teach every student at their own pace. There is never any pressure and I always acknowledge and praise their efforts and accomplishments. Once I get to know the student and their motivation, inspiration and desires, we build a better understanding of each other. I am very personable, creative and I can always adjust to an individual's needs. I do visualization techniques to help achieve an increased range without strain. I incorporate music the student is interested in to maintain their interest and love of music.
