Myteaching methodsinvolve a mind-body experience. I believe that a strong foundation in body alignment, breath support and management will allow students to build the skills they desire, regardless of musical style or genre. With an eye always on healthy singing,Iencourage students to experience many styles of vocal repertoire. Each student brings a set of perceptions about singing. Some of these are helpful, while others are habits that students work to eliminate.I believe that students need tounderstand the physical, emotional, and mental components of singing. Read More

In all cases, the most important thing I try to teach is the love for this art and therefore for the instrument I'm teaching, because that is the best thing a teacher can teach you. I encourage all my students to set goals that are real and possible to accomplished. Acknowledging their advance is a key thing to motivate them to go further every time, always taking care of his health avoiding any kind of injuries through setting a good practice routine with proper warm-ups. I keep lessons tailored to each student's needs and skill level. Students come to private music tutors for many reasons and some do not include a "passion" for the art , itself. Some wish to develop an appreciation for music to which they listen, to gain a greater knowledge of music literature, or to acquire skills for a passtime they find relaxing and enlightening. Occasional testing for retention of basic knowledge, plus technical examination for practical skill progress helps to keep the student on track with regards to his/her own goals.l Read More
