I try and make each lesson fun and enjoyable, as well as a creative experience that still focuses on theory and fundamentals. Voice Students:While the basis for my vocal technique is rooted in the classical Bel Canto tradition, my students do not end up having a "classical" sound (unless that is what they want). I loved the direct connection to this very personal aspect of peoples' lives, and I felt humbled by the trust I was given. Although I am a classically trained soprano, I have experience both singing and teaching Musical Theatre and contemporary styles of singing. I am open to helping my students achieve what interests them and makes them happy.
