I started teaching when I was 18 years old, I had a lot of experience as a musician and singer by then, so I thought it was going to be easyer than what it was, but of course it took me years to find my own method, it was a completely different and new world for me, but after the first months teaching I really started to loved it. At the very first time I just had two students, but then I started to work in small music schools, I started to direct chorus, Intensive courses for adults, and more. Read More

The first two things that I teach in my studio is posture and breathing. I analyze the posture of the singer and find several yoga postures that can help the student to relax some tension and to be more comfortable. I help students to be more aware of how the breath works in their bodies by using several repeating breath exercises and yoga posture. My vocal technique is based on YogaVoice, meaning that I used Yoga principles combined with Vocal Technique exeecises to sing more organic and to achieve an authentic relaxed voice. Read More

I love to inspire my students in a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment. I want the student to feel confident in their growth and progress, and to trust their own voice or guitar playing and creativity. I will teach each individual at their own pace and when I see they are ready to move forward, we will move forward slowly and easily so that the student feels the pace is excellent for their own growth and development. My teaching methods are individually tailored to the student's needs and abilities. For young students and/or for those with less voice experience, I like to combine the basics of singing along with musicianship skills to set the student up for success, incorporating lots of fun to keep the young students interested in practice and lessons. For more experienced students, I like to start with warmups and exercises that are designed to set the student up for success in repertoire, and then finish the lesson working through repertoire specifically working through challenging areas of each piece and finding an emotional connection to each piece once ideal technique is established. Yearning a deep and fulfilled interest in classical music has enabled me to uniquely interpret classical music on a complex analytical music level & compositionally dissecting music. I am patient and active with each of my students. I allow the student their own preference as to how lessons are to be arranged (e.g YOU pick the music = YOU decide your pace)...I encourage my students to practice and come prepared with material they either have ambition to learn and all the other little steps involved in being diligent with an instrument. I have been involved with music from early elementary through college. Composing and producing soundtracks for television shows, film and playing as a studio musician for mainstream artists has been one of the higher experiences of my music profession. While attending college, I worked as a session drummer for artists like Jon Bellion, Tinashe, and Pia Mia. Read More
