I have been heavily involved with this choir for a total of 5 years, and I was appointed as Section Leader for the Sopranos for one term, which meant hard work and dedication almost paid off back then. I began teaching music in 2006 while still in college, and I have worked at a variety of different music schools and teaching companies, most notably at the University of Southern California. I taught and maintained a small voice studio of my own in New York City for four years before the pandemic forced me back to the west coast to care for my family. I first started learning the guitar in high school. I found I had an affinity for the instrument so I continued to study classical guitar and piano in college.
