With this in mind, my lesson plan focuses primarily on breaking down songs that we want to learn how to play into their fundamental parts; the chords, the grooves, the fills, what-have-you, until we can put it all together. I find that both these series introduce the concepts of technique, theory, solo playing, and terminology in ways that help them learn effectively. While in NYC, I had the opportunity to perform in New York Lyric Opera Theatre's Carnegie Hall Opera Gala 2015 and DiMenna Center Opera Shows 2016. During my studies at NYU Steinhardt, I was seen onstage in three operatic productions and was a First Round Finalist of the Classical Singer Vocal Competitions in 2015 2016.
