We focus on establishing foundations and building a repertoire which the student truly enjoys. I have also compiled many unique studies that truly build essential abilities and allow for an interesting and unique approach. I began teaching private lessons in Chicago in 2002, while in an Educational Administration Masters Program at DePaul University. I always explore different methods that might fit the age and personality of the student but for keyboard lessons I have found success with the Alfred Piano Method. Instrumental lessons usually follow the method book that is selected by their school band director.
