I also begin ear training, chords, and solo repertoire as the student becomes ready. For voice students, I begin with breathing, vocal technique, and skill-level appropriate songs. Each child is different so with careful evaluation of their specific needs and abilities, I decide on which approach would best fit that student. I began assisting teachers during high school for extra credit. It later became my job during Full Sail. I worked extensively with grades K-5 on reading, writing and math skills enrichment.
