My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching private lessons part time and have been teaching since. Today I am a music teacher at David Posnack Jewish Day School and the drum instructor at Piper High School. Since becoming the drum instructor at Piper High School we have received superior ratings four years in a row. I have spent the past three years living in Miami where I completed my Masters Degree in music education. During this time I was an active trumpet player in south Florida playing with orchestras, brass bands, jazz groups, and quite regularly latin bands due to the popularity of salsa/latin styles in that region. My Bachelors degree was completed in 2006 at the Univeristy of Delware.
