For example, in my experience, something that works for some students, really wont work for others, and if I can identify why something isnt working for a student, I can give them the right tools to fix it. For intermediate or advanced students, I like to establish a well rounded warm-up routine for their practice and move into solo repertoire appropriate for their level.
