With older students I also like to transition into some more challenging arenas such as the Blazhevitch books. He placed third in the 2019 National Trumpet Competition Jazz Division and placed as a semifinalist in the small classical ensemble division. I performed at venues and festivals including Lincoln Center, Kennedy Center, BBC Radio Foyle, Ulster Hall, Panama Jazz Festival, Rochester International Jazz Festival, and the San Jose Jazz Festival. As of December 2021, I am a graduate of the Master of Music program at the Berklee Global Jazz Institute on a full tuition scholarship under the direction of maestro Danilo Perez. Read More
