My passion is performing music and teaching others how to do the same. Most of my performance experience is on saxophone in the jazz, rock, blues, and pop genres. Learning a new skill can be frustrating and because of that my goal is to acknowledge accomplishments, and to give students more creative freedom as their skills on the instrument grow. I am a jazz musician and composer at heart. The woodwinds (saxophone, flute, clarinet and ewi (Electronic Wind Instrument)) will always be my main performing instruments.
