I studied under Ingrid Clarfield throughout my early years, then continued my training under Robert Shannon at Oberlin College Conservatory, where I completed a dual-degree program in Classical Piano Performance and Psychology. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce jazz repertoire, sight reading and things like, technical exercises, jazz improvisation, theory, ear training and classical music etudes.
