With beginner students, I am starting from the fundamentals and using books: Essential Elements, Suzuki Book 12, one and two octaves scales and etudes by Kreutzer, Wohlfahrt, and Mazas. For all of my students, I am always trying to find the repertoire that they would enjoy to practice. For young beginning students most of the time I like to use John Thompson's ''Easiest piano course'' as a practicing book,for their hands position and finger velocity I use ''A Dozen a Day'' and also I introduce them to music notation,spelling and writing with various Theory books . For older and adult beginners I choose different books.
