This led me to become a voice performance major at the Manhattan School of Music, where I sang lead roles in and outside of the school. For adults, the Hal Leonard's Adult Piano Method is a good book to start with. For intermediate and advanced students, I will figure out the appropriate method books for them at the first time we meet. I like to encourage my students, help and motivate them enjoy the lesson.
