I've been playing music for most of my life. Growing up my whole family would all gather around the piano while my father played. Seeing how inspiring and influential music could be at a young age helped me to develop a passion for it. I am very grateful to share my passion with others through teaching. As skills in rudiments and basic patterns develop, I go on to materials such as Syncopation by Ted Reed (reading,coordination,technique), and Stick Control by George Lawrence Stone (technique).
