I started teaching private piano lessons while getting my masters in piano. I have over 25 years of experience and can adapt my teaching style according to the needs of the students. I have worked with students with IEPs in school, retired individuals who just want to enjoy making music, and very young beginners. Sme of my students have continued their musical studies and have been accepted in music colleges. Even if they eventually switch to a different musical instrument, the knowledge and experience gained in piano lessons cannot be measured because all aspects eventually make further learning much easier. For beginners who are very young, I usually begin with the notes of the piano keyboard. Once the pupil has advanced to the highest levels of classical and gospel music, I will introduce more challenging types of music for the student to recite. I will hold concerts for the students so they can have their skills tested. I will also give memory tests to the students. For adults, I try to find out what the student is interested in, and guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons engaging and fun, no matter their ability level. Read More

I was 5 years old when I started to play the piano. In 2001 I graduated with Secondary Specialized Education from the High School of Arts in Ruse, Bulgaria with specialty in Piano Pedagogy. In 2006 I obtained a Bachelor Degree (BA) in Piano pedagogy from The National Music Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
