I strongly believe is positive reinforcement methods. I will work with each student pending on the learning style they need and type of music they are interested in. Also, I try to engage and get the student excited about what they are learning. This is important to progress and keeping them interested in what they do. In relation to teaching any subject area, I strongly believe that students should be taught the basics or fundamentals, and then guided and encouraged to apply and share concepts learned to various scenarios related to the subject area.
