At the end of the lesson, I take a few notes for the student so they know what to focus on or fix for their pieces, as well as keep track of which key they are working on for their scales. I have enjoyed teaching both private and group music classes for over 15 years. I teach piano and violin . I teach a range of music styles from classical to folk to Mariachi Music. I received my degree from Loyola Marymount University. I have been a member of the Junior Philharmonic, Orchestra of California, Loyola Marymount University Orchestra and Beach Cities Symphony. Depending of what the student wants, I do develop an individualized lessons. I do believe that beginners do need an introduction to basic music knowledge and methods. Through dedicated instruction, I guided my students to achieve remarkable accomplishments, including securing second place in the prestigious German Piano Competition. Currently, I have returned to the United States and provide private lessons.
