I grew up and got most of my education in music here in Bellevue before attending, and subsequently graduating from, the George Washington University in 2018. My teaching style is interactive and utilizes positive reinforcement to achieve the desired results. I demonstrate often, and I also ask the student to play back to me what I demonstrate. This is particularly helpful with online lessons, as the lag time makes it impossible to play together as we would in person.
