I design the curriculum according to the student's level and progress, and I highly encourage daily practice even though it could be a challenge. Acknowledging the progress and accomplishments while pointing out the places to improve on will help and motivate students to learn more. This means treating each student as an individual, recognizing that each student may have different goals and learning styles, and teaching and planning lessons accordingly.
