I am familiar with the major piano teaching system, including Faber, Bastien, Alfred and Baker. I evaluated the student's instinct on the piano at the first lesson to decide which material is good for them. The way I approach teaching is very much a mix between tradition and improvisation. Every single student is different so I try to tap in to their personality and use that to help them.
