I began offering private string lessons in College during summers in Florida. I taught private string lessons. Further into my education I took internships in music therapy working with many different populations. I gave therapeutic music lessons to patients in hospitals like Massachusetts General Hospital, Worcester Recovery Center and McLean Hospital. There I ventured into teaching guitar and voice. For the begining for those students that they don't know music i teach them the basic, for example i start with the rhythm and after the fundamentals. They are going to learn how to read simple notes. Once they have a grasp of the fundamentals they are ready to be introduce into the piano. As supplemental material, I use Keynote Speller by Shaum and Line a Day by Keith Snell.  For solo repertoire, I select methods based on the skills and favorite pieces of each student.
