At Georgia Southern University, Repp developed the Master of Music in Music Technology Degree and undergraduate degrees and certificates in music technology. He maintained the recording studio, Music Computer-assisted Instruction Lab, and Electronic/Digital Music Studios. While at Terra State College in Ohio, Repp implemented a new college music program, centering the degrees on music technology. With every student, no matter the age, I like to get an idea of their goals intended, or help them develop goals along the way. Everyone wants to play music for different reasons, and I like to keep that in mind for each student. However, regardless of the goal, my philosophy is to empower each student to discover their sound and voice on their instrument.
