I had 3 years of piano performance experience when I was in a choir team and those were the most amazing times I have ever had. I joined a choir named Synctone Choir in 2009 and I have gone through vocal training for 3 years. There we had competitions and events like Acapella festivals. In addition to physical practice, watching and hearing someone perform something is more than beneficial to learning and really getting those difficult concepts. It’s very important to list out what works best for each person. Some people are visual while others are audio focused while some are both. Many students move faster than others. I will help young students learn the basics of drumming from rudiments, technique, and sight-reading. For more advanced students I am able to guide them into more complex topics such as musical creativity, feel, and improvisation.
