David began playing clarinet in 1972 at age 6. A few years later he added the saxophone, and subsequently, the flute. He has been playing professionally for 30 years, and teaching privately for over 20 years. While attending Temple University, he had the opportunity to study with many of the finest performers and instructors in the Philadelphia region. I travel to all of my students houses and have a very flexible schedule. It helps with minimizing the time of the parents/ students travel and bringing the lesson into the comfort of their own home. I check with each student what they are really trying to get out of their lessons and which direction they want to go.
