Each student is different, so I try to personalize their lessons. I like for every student to have at least one solo piece to be working on. I typically have students begin by playing something they are comfortable with that they enjoy, and we go from there. I am comfortable teaching a variety of methods and like to help the student achieve their individual goals, whatever those may be.
