I have been teaching for nearly as long as I've been playing. In 2017, I graduated Mansfield University with a Bachelor's degree in Music Business while focusing on Percussion. Though I began playing drum set at the age of 5, I've grown to perform and teach in all areas of percussion. As a more advanced percussionist, I took it upon myself to assist my fellow new recruits with learning the material outside of regular practice times with the Musical Director. With percussion, we found that taking a piece and breaking it into small sections that were easily repeatable gave the best results.
