I have several different books for Saxophone Students that feature technique, solo repertoire and duets. I am comfortable teaching in both styles, but I have noticed that most individuals learn best through hands-on experience. We will spend the majority of the first lessons learning posture, holding the instrument, proper embouchure, blowing into the clarinet, breathing techniques, articulation, and how to develop sound through long tones and exercises.
