This allows us to get acquainted with the instrument and some terminology that may be a bit foriegn for some students. This also provides an opportunity to learn how to read basic notes and chords which will highly accelerate our learning process. Prior to that, I finished programs in Europe as a guitar player in 1991. I moved to the United States in 1994. From 1995 to 2001, I've completed Master's degrees in Guitar, Composition and Electronic Music from University of Maine and Cleveland State University.
