I have a very fun yet effective teaching style. I try to help students reach their personal goals on the instrument. I also like to recognize each achievement no matter how small to show my students how their practicing and hard work has paid off. I want each student to progress at their own pace and mostly to show them what the world of music has to offer. Read More

My approach to teaching is based on the goals of each individual student. I always ask the student what their skill level is and what their goals are, and I use that information to create the right lesson for each individual. I also always encourage students to be honest about what they like and don't like about the lessons, and I am never bothered if a student doesn't like something or wants to do things differently. Over the years I've learned a lot about what it takes to be a real performing guitarist and I am interested in helping students realize their dreams of starting bands and discovering the joy of performing and playing with other like-minded musicians.
