Graduated from eastman school of music with Masters of music performance and literature with Steven Doane and undergrad bachelors of cello performance with Tanya Remenikova. I am currently a third year principal cellist at The Orchestra Now in residence at Bard College in Annadale on Hudson NY. Ive played with the minneapolis sinfonietta and associate with Chicago civic. I have found that this pushes students to keep a regular practice routine, and also develops their ability to self-critique and correct their own playing. I hope to teach my students to approach music with intention behind every note and to be thinking musically and creatively with every motion they make.
