My teaching experience extends back to just after High School graduation and my first year of university. Most of my students were younger than 16 years old. As I moved to other cities I have maintained a small following of loyal students. I have taught in Pittsburgh, PA, Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL, and various locations Southern California. No matter what location I have based my instructional business from, my core style of teaching has not changed: you can learn and have fun at the same time! Read More

I have been teaching for a little over 2 years and I enjoy passing my knowledge along to everyone. Music is a huge part of my life, I started playing music when I was 9 years old. I taught myself how to play: Guitar, Bass, Upright Bass, and Tuba. My dedication made me able to get into my dream college right after high school which is Berklee College of Music which is located in Boston Massachusetts. Read More

I'm an enthusiastic and patient teacher who focuses on the student's need. No two lessons are ever the same. In our first lesson we will talk about where you are at and see where you want to get with your instrument. No matter what level you are on, or how serious you want to take it, we can craft a lesson plan that is perfect for you. I like to emphasize musicality over technicality, and we learn these things through examining the songs we love the most. Read More

Everybody is different, and everyone responds to different types of motivation. As a teacher it is part of my job to find out what that is for each student. I believe that success breeds success, and starting with achieveable goals and realizing results will motivate and inspire a student, but there is also no getting around practice, you must put in the time on your instrument to be successful and to progress. I have had a good amount of performance and education experience, and look forward to passing the torch onto other ambitious, aspiring musicians. I have taught at two private music lesson agencies, one called Music Maker where I taught Brass in Anaheim Hills, as well as AMI music in Brea, CA where I taught beginner guitar. I have always had fun learning and making music, so to help someone else do the same is my primary objective. Read More
