At the Berklee Day Sessions Summer Program in 2011, I played in and directed ensembles of musicians aged 10-13. I bonded with a guitar player and on the day of the recital, got my first private instruction student for bass guitar. Makeing music from the very beginning is the key ! Even the simple one line practice exercizes i back up with a harmonic chordal accompaniment for a satisfying duet.
