For beginning piano students who are children, I use Piano Adventures books. I also mix it with songs they might like and I can adapt to their level. I encourage my piano young students to sing a bit too. For adults who want to learn how to comp in the piano while they sing, I teach chord theory and rhythm patters, also sight reading if they are interested. In 2018, I graduated from New York University with a Masters of Music in Composition for Film and Visual Media. My projects include film scores, chamber and large ensemble compositions, musical theatre songwriting, choral music, and electroacoustic and intermedia projects. As a working composer, I have been given the opportunity to score short films that have entered the festival circuit, collaborating with directors internationally. I did this for 10 years before moving on to class room music, where I taught basic music theory at the young elementary level. During this time I began teaching private voice lessons in my home.
