I have been teaching private voice since high school, where I took on my first 8 year old student. I continued teaching lessons all through college, giving private instruction and theory tutoring to my classmates and fellow vocal performance students. It was there that I found my knack for repertoire and audition preparation; as a board member for the Berklee Musical Theater club, club members would often seek me out to select appropriate repertoire and rehears for their auditions. We start each lesson with proper breathing technique, the cornerstone of all vocals. We then move on to various vocal exercises to help condition the voice. Then we will work on the songs that interest you and that you are eager to sing! I will use a piano for warm ups and conditioning exercises. Whenever possible I like to use a pre-recorded accompaniment for the songs we are working on. Read More

I am a passionate musician and actor and I want to share my joy of the arts with the world through performance, education, and collaboration. I am originally from Denver, CO where my music journey began. At the age of 5, I began taking piano lessons. A few years later, I began to branch out into drums, inspired by my dad who is also a drummer. This led to many ensemble settings for two decades, including jazz band, symphonic percussion, marching percussion, and rock bands. Read More

I started out teaching group sessions for local singers in Southern California at no cost for 4 years starting in 2013. Eventually, students from the group classes started to seek me out for individual lessons and I was also invited to be the lead vocal coach for a singing competition called ETTV Top Stars held by ETTV America in 2017 as well as 2019. Being an artist myself, I love teaching young aspiring artists the knowledge and watch the surpass how far I went in the entertainment business. Read More

I teach combination of the Suzuki method and the Hungarian style (stressing the natural, comfortable, painless, tension free method). For young students, the Suzuki method is great, since the repertoire is all fun! Also the CD that comes with every level is vital! Children enjoy and benefit from that. I am an audiophile, so I can set up students with a quality hifi system on the cheap - this is so vital in Suzuki method, as he stated in his book, Nurtured With Love. Read More

I am a singer/songwriter/producer. I started teaching vocals due to the high amount of inquiries for lessons by my fans and their parents. I am proud to have lived in New York and to have supported myself solely with earnings from teaching live performances and private vocal instructions. I had an original band and I established my own record label. Currently I reside in Los Angeles, California where I slowed down on gigging and devoting myself to family. Read More
