My personally philosophy is music is a special gift that must be cultivated through passion and efficient practice. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of studying with some of the best violinists. I have taken lessons and masterclasses with Rocky Lee, violinist and artistic Director of South Coast Symphony Orchestra (SCYSO), Alexander Treger, former Concertmaster of LA Philharmonic Orchestra, Tamara Chernayk, an LA Philharmonic violinist, Randall Goosby, a rising concert violinist, and Gabriel Lefkowitz, Concertmaster of the Louisville Orchestra. I have been teaching for the last 14 years for other music schools as well as my home studio. I love to help new students from the ages of  4-99  in learning the joys of playing an instrument or instruments that they are going to enjoy. Nothing truly satifies me more than to see a student advance in their insturment as each lessons passes by. Daily quality and not quantity practice is something I like to encourage the student to be able to advance much faster in mastering the instrument. I am very flexible with my teaching methods and put together the best style matching the student's learning strengths. Furthermore, I update and change my methods if I feel the current method is becoming ineffective. I keep my lessons interactive with the student because the time is for the student to retrieve as much information as he/she can regarding their instrument and they can build a stronger week of preparation heading into the next lesson.  Currently my most used methods are teaching via classical, pop & jazz, and Suzuki methods.
