I am a recent graduate of the Monclair State University Music Education Master's program. I also graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. I feel that a student needs to be taught how to practice! I travel around Westchester NY and in addition to teaching the instrument, I encourage students to compose their own original pieces. I "draw" the student toward their own voice. It is imperative to help them find their own "style."
